Noman Saleem ("we", "us", "our") operates digitdepo.framer.media (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What data we collect
Newsletter sign-up If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
Analytics We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, time on site, general location (country/city level), device and browser type, and referral source. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. See "Cookies" below.
Purchases Template purchases are processed through Contra. When you buy a template, Contra collects and processes your payment details, name, and email address on our behalf. We do not receive or store your card details — these are handled entirely by Contra. We may receive your name, email, and order details from Contra to fulfil your purchase and provide support.
Contact/support If you email us or use any contact form, we collect whatever information you provide (e.g. name, email, message content) to respond to your enquiry.
Why we use your data
We process personal data on the following legal bases:
Consent — for newsletter sign-ups and non-essential analytics cookies
Contract — to process and fulfil template purchases via Contra
Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries and improve the Site
Cookies
The Site uses cookies set by:
Google Analytics — to measure site usage (non-essential, requires consent)
Framer (our website hosting/builder platform) — some cookies may be set as part of standard site functionality
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies won't affect your ability to use the Site.
Third parties we share data with
Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and order fulfilment
Google — analytics (Google Analytics)
Framer — website hosting and infrastructure
We don't sell your personal data to anyone.
How long we keep your data
Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe
Purchase records: as required for accounting/tax purposes (typically 6 years under UK law)
Support/contact emails: as long as needed to resolve your enquiry, then deleted within a reasonable period
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Ask us to delete your data
Object to or restrict how we use your data
Withdraw consent at any time (e.g. unsubscribe from the newsletter)
Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you think we've mishandled your data
To exercise any of these rights, email nsaleem21@hotmail.com
International transfers
Some of our third-party providers (Google, Contra) may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, they do so under appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent changes.
