These terms govern your use of digitdepo.framer.media (the "Site") and any purchase of templates or services from Digit Depo, operated by Noman Saleem as a sole trader ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a template or service, you agree to these terms.
1. What we offer
Templates — pre-built Framer website templates available for purchase and self-customisation (e.g. Reforma, Pitch, Canvas Pro)
Template customisation — a paid service where we customise a template with your branding and content
Custom websites — bespoke website design and build services, agreed separately per project
2. Template licence
When you purchase a template, you're granted a single-site licence to use that template, which includes:
Personal and commercial use on one live website
Lifetime updates to that template
Email support
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template itself (as a template, source file, or starter kit) to any third party
Use the template to build a competing template product
Claim the template design as your own original work if resold or redistributed
You may customise the template freely for your own site or a client's site as part of a paid service you provide, but the underlying template file itself remains the intellectual property of Digit Depo.
3. Payments
Template purchases are processed through Contra. By purchasing, you agree to Contra's applicable terms in addition to these. Prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
4. Refund policy
All template sales are final. Because templates are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a template has been purchased and access granted, except where required by law (e.g. faulty digital content that we cannot fix within a reasonable time).
If you believe there's a genuine issue with a template (e.g. it doesn't work as described), contact us at nsaleem21@hotmail.com and we'll do our best to resolve it.
5. Template customisation & custom website services
For paid customisation or bespoke website projects:
Scope, timeline, and pricing will be agreed with you before work begins (e.g. via a booking call or written proposal)
Payment terms (deposit, milestones, full payment) will be confirmed at the point of booking
Any refund terms for these services will be agreed individually as part of that project, since they involve bespoke work already in progress once started
6. Intellectual property
All template designs, code structures, graphics, and content created by Design by NS remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Purchasing a template grants you a licence to use it as described in Section 2 — it does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or code.
Once customised for your own site, your specific content, branding, and copy remain yours.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site or any purchased template to:
Break any applicable law
Distribute harmful, infringing, or fraudulent content
Attempt to copy, scrape, or resell the Site's own templates or content outside the granted licence
8. Liability
We provide templates and services "as is." While we aim for high quality and reliability, we don't guarantee the Site or templates will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design by NS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of a template or the Site, including loss of business, revenue, or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law (e.g. for death, personal injury, or fraud).
9. Third-party platforms
Templates are built for and delivered via Framer, and payments are processed via Contra. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their own respective terms, which we don't control.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
